Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any products purchased from LUXbyFab.
Because our products are premium raw human hair, we cannot accept refunds for reasons of hygiene and quality. We do offer exchanges or store credit on unused items that meet the conditions below.
Exchanges and Store Credit
We offer an exchange or store credit (no cash refunds) within 3 days of confirmed delivery, provided the item meets all of the following conditions:
- The product is in its original, unused condition.
- The hair has not been combed, brushed, washed, colored, cut, installed, worn, or otherwise altered.
- All original packaging, tags, ties, and security seals remain fully intact.
Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
How To Start A Return
Email contact@luxbyfab.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the exchange. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number and we will make it right with a replacement.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
